I ran across this recipe when I was looking for a dish to serve with rice one night. I’ve never had Moroccan food before, so it sounded like something interesting to try. The final product was delicious, although a little sickeningly sweet in the bites with more fruit, so I’d probably reduce the amount of fruit used if I make it again.

- I added a couple extra apricots and prunes to the recipe, but if I made this recipe again, I’d add the exact number it said, maybe fewer, to make the sauce a little less sweet.
